What counts as a connected tool?
Any tool your business connects to IniDeck, such as your accounting software, or your email and calendar. It counts once for the whole business, however many of your team use it.
What happens when we need more than three tools?
You move to Scale. Talk to us when you are ready and we will help you move across.
Why is the Scale price not fixed?
Because businesses that size vary too much for one number to be honest. Your price is set by how big your team is, how many tools you connect, and how much work you hand over. One short conversation and you have a fixed monthly price like everyone else.
What happens in a busy month?
Quiet months carry into busy ones, so a heavy week is already accounted for. Plans are sized for a normal run of work, and if yours moves well past that we will talk to you about the right plan.
What about domains and other purchases?
Anything we buy on your behalf is passed on at cost, on its own line. You pick the domain, so you pay what that domain costs, and we add nothing on top.
I have been invited to a workspace. Do I pay?
No. The business pays for its workspace. Your account is free, and it stays yours whichever business you work in.
Is there a free plan?
Creating an account is free, so you can start straight away and choose a plan when you are ready to run your business on it. Plans start at $99 a month, or $50 at early adopter pricing.
Can I cancel?
Any time, yourself, without an email to support. Your workspace stays live until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export everything.
