About
What we are building, and why
A business of three has the same clients to look after and the same invoices to send as a business of three hundred. It just does not have the systems that make that possible. IniDeck is built to close that gap.
The gap
We watched the same thing break over and over.
IniDeck came out of our own digital agency, which helps streamline and automate business processes for other people's businesses.
Over the past few years we have worked with more than 60 businesses across Australia, the United States, Canada, Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates, on more than 100 projects. Different countries, different industries, different sizes. The same thing broke every time.
A business buys a tool to solve one problem. Then another for the next one. Within two years it is paying for five or six subscriptions that do not talk to each other, and somewhere in there, the founders or their teams have quietly become the people who carry information between them. That is not a software problem. It is work, and it lands on the very people who can least afford to be doing it.
What we are building
An employee, not another tool.
Software has been sold the same way for twenty years. A tool, a seat, and a person to operate it.
What a service business needs is not another place to type. It is for the work to be done. IniDeck is an AI employee that comes with its own business tools. You tell it what needs doing, it does it, and it comes back when it needs a decision from you.
We treat a business as one continuous journey rather than a set of separate departments, because that is how it actually feels to run one. Everything from being found by a client to being paid by them is one line, and each part of it should know what happened in the part before. See how that works.
None of this was buildable a decade ago. Models could not take an instruction written the way a busy person actually writes it and turn it into something a machine can act on. That part is new, and it is the only reason this is possible now rather than later.
Where we are going
Mission and vision.
- Our mission.
To free service business owners from running their own admin, by doing the work rather than giving them somewhere else to do it. - Our vision.
A business where the operations run themselves, and the person who owns it spends their time on the decisions only they can make.
Principles
What every decision here is measured against.
- Certainty over guesswork.
We do not gamble with live business data. AI is used to understand what somebody means. Ordinary software, the kind that cannot improvise, does the work. - An employee, not a tool.
We do not sell software to be operated. If something needs a twenty minute tutorial before it is useful, we have failed. The system absorbs the setup, not the person paying for it. - Build the core, connect the rest properly.
What we run ourselves, we build end to end rather than stitching together somebody else's parts. Where a business already runs on its own tools, we connect to them carefully, never through glue that breaks quietly when an API changes. - Your data stays yours.
Client details, contact lists and financial data are never handed to an outside AI model in a form that identifies anyone. Privacy is a precondition for being trusted with the work, not a feature on a list. - Rigour, regardless of size.
A large company has capital, staff and time to absorb a mistake. A business of three has none of those. We build to the standard of a company a hundred times the size, for the businesses that can least afford to be let down.
In depth
The longer arguments.
Start with one thing it can take off your hands.
You don't have to move your business across. Pick the job that annoys you most, the chasing, the invoicing, the inbox, and let it take that one first.
